If your treatment is likely to cost more than $1,000, or get you admitted to hospital, then you need to contact us as soon as you can – or get someone to contact us on your behalf. You can call our emergency hotline to speak with one of our nurses, or if it’s easier – you can also email us with a number we can call you back on at [email protected].

The sooner we hear from you, the sooner we can help and support you. You may be feeling lucky it wasn’t a worse outcome, and not want to make a fuss – but that’s what we’re here for too. You deserve to know you have our support, and we might just be able to ease a few worries for you so you can focus on recovering quickly.
